Support staff development, which involves arranging for monthly Performance Review meeting and regular performance appraisal sessions to ensure employees are meeting with job objectives. Prepare employee contracts, offer letters, background checks. Craft and develop HR policies for clients according to organizational objectives. Conduct exit interviews for exiting staff.  Sourcing reliable HMO to manage employee well being.
