Olanike Jagun is a versatile innovative leader with over 20 years of experience in a number of international organizations spanning ICT, healthcare, insurance, Pharmaceutical, and Telecoms.
Olanike currently has the responsibility for developing and implementing strategic channel direction in MTN retail outlets pan Nigeria. She is an inventive leader who precipitates decision-making through sound business insights and analysis that drives organic growth within these retail channels. She has in-depth experience in various facets of corporate business, from both a strategic and operational perspective.
She has been instrumental in delivering turnarounds in two corporate transformations.

Olanike brings to the Board of international business experience and executive leadership experience in operations, technology, talent management, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. Olanike volunteers as a business consultant for the Stanford Seed Transformation program for SME’s in West Africa and serves as a mentor to various technology/non-technology-enabled start-ups through her membership of the Lagos Angel Network and Rising Tide Africa (A women’s movement initiated to increase women’s participation in angel investing, education, and cross-border investments). Her educational background includes a postgraduate Degree in Business System analysis from City, University of London her undergraduate degree is a BSC in Computing and Electronics from the University of Staffordshire in the UK.
