Staff Outsourcing & Payroll Management

At Qualis Business Support Ltd, we manage outsourced staff for our clients to enable them focus on their core business and to also reduce operational cost, all staff deployed to clients site are properly selected, trained, and made fit for the job.

We also offer supervisory role by having our staff visit site to ensure our Team are meeting job targets as agreed.

On Site HR Administration

We offer onsite HR Administration services for our clients, this includes providing day-to-day advice to Line managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and company’s policies and Procedures, assist in formal procedures, such as employee disciplinary and grievance settlement procedure Support staff development, which involves arranging for monthly Performance Review meeting and regular performance appraisal sessions to ensure employees are meeting with job objectives.

Prepare employee contracts, offer letters, background checks. Craft and develop HR policies for clients according to organizational objectives. Conduct exit interviews for exiting staff. Sourcing reliable HMO to manage employee well being.

Learning and Development

At our Leaning Academy, we assist organizations develop their workforce capabilities, skills and competencies in order to remain successful. We have professional facilitators who understand the role Training plays in organization’s talent management strategy.

We train personnel on soft skills and other professional Training to enhance job performance. Our trainings can be in plant or out of office. It depends on the client’s needs.

We carry out due diligence for our clients for their employees, this includes, Pre-employment checks, employer verification, Guarantor Verification, employee address verification and all employment due diligence, academic qualification verification.
